Why have I returned? Let’s call it a death in the family. How else can you feel when you owe so much to a place and see it go to shit before your eyes? When the founders-original developers Team Silent, who were disbanded after Silent Hill 4-have been run out of town and the keys to the city handed over to a series of strangers filled with hot air about “urban revitalization” and “economic stimulus”?

And that same emotion characterizes my return.
